Pumpkin Spice NingXia Red® Latte
Warm, creamy, lightly spiced — classic autumn comfort.
Ingredients
• 1-2 oz NingXia Red®
• ¾ cup warm (not hot) plant milk
• ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
• 1–2 tsp maple syrup (optional)
Optional Vitality™ additions
• Cinnamon Bark Vitality™ or
• Nutmeg Vitality™
Instructions
Warm plant milk gently until warm but not hot.
Stir in spice and sweetener.
Stir in NingXia Red®.
Add Vitality™ oil using toothpick swirl.
Serve warm.
Pro Tip: Do not scald or boil the milk — lukewarm to pleasantly warm preserves NingXia Red® integrity and keeps the flavor smooth. Add Vitality™ oils only after warm milk is removed from the heat source. Cinnamon Bark Vitality™ and Nutmeg Vitality™ are very concentrated. Dip a toothpick into the oil, then swirl into the drink — this gives balanced flavor without overpowering the latte.
Warm Cranberry NingXia Red® Cider

Ingredients
• 2 oz NingXia Red®
• ¾ cup warm apple cider
• 1 Tbsp cranberry juice
• Cinnamon stick
Optional Vitality™ additions
• Orange Vitality™ or
• Clove Vitality™
Instructions
Warm apple cider gently with cinnamon stick.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly (warm, not hot).
Stir in NingXia Red® and cranberry juice.
Add Vitality™ oil using toothpick swirl.
Serve warm.
Pro Tip: For single-serving drinks, toothpick swirl is ideal for spice oils like Cinnamon Bark™ and Clove™. A full drop is better suited to multi-serving batches.
